Woven into the underwear is a pouch where an organic wheat sack fits perfectly into. When heated this wheat sack provides beautifully healing heat right where you need it.

The Briefs come with a organic bamboo woven bag to store your wheat pack and all wrapped up in our custom packaging.

These are designed for medium to heavy flow, holding up to 4 tampons worth of blood.
